Artist's Comments

Full view would be much appreciated.

I have been drawing! Honestly! I am just getting my booty kicked by school this year and personal problems have been plaguing me. Stupid teenage angst! *Shakes fist*

*cough* This is not a journal entry, though, so I will try not to treat it as one.

I've been trying to sketch up concepts of modern phantom of the opera characters, but none of them ever formulated until now. I had a nice attempt at Christine on the same page of my sketchbook as this one, but she looked anorexic. Thus I proclaimed her to be Meg instead of Christine.

His hand is deformed; I know. I gave up after the first twenty tries at fixing it.

I have Phantom doodles fly all over my sketchbook, but most of them are unfinished. If you are forming at the mouth you can check out my scraps for unfinished things that I occasionally upload.

ALL HAIL THE BACKGROUND! It is bad, but hey at least there is one!

Enjoy it... or SUFFER! *Maniacal laughter*

Erik (C) Many people, but not me.

Meg is one of my more favorite characters in the book. But I like your drawing as well. It's lovely.

quite good...
... though... in modern day... he would most likely just get plastic surgery :hmm:
... it is good... details are a bit too sketchy... but the mist works well...

I quite like it :)

That is some sexy right there. I think the hand is fine! The rose could use some work, however, as it looks very flat as compared to the rest of the drawing. I like.

*Examines rose* *Grimace*

You are right about the rose being flat, but I still think the hand is flat too. Ugh. Now I'll be up all night trying to figure out how to fix them.

Thank you very much for the helpful critique, though! I appreciate it a lot! =)

Pfft! Erik doesn't have money for insurance for plastic surgery!

And sketchy lines are my trademark. Someday I will start to ink my work.... Someday....

Thank you for the comment! =)

*drooooooool* Such a beautiful job! Damn it. >.< Now I'm gunna end up drawing more Phantom stuff, 'cause of this! His hand isn't deformed. Just a little on the small side. ;) (other than that, it's perfect). *squees more*

The Doctor: Well if I gambled on that, it'd be an abuse of my privilege as a traveler in time.
Rose: Ten quid?
The Doctor: Done.
